Bean Boozled Jelly Beans – Where to Buy

If you’ve heard of the Bean Boozled Jelly Beans challenge, then you’re probably wondering where to buy some. (See Selection)

For those of you who don’t know, BeanBoozled is the creation of Jelly Belly, the company that makes those jelly beans we’ve all grown to love. It was founded in 1898! The amount of different flavors they have are plenty, so what’s so special about these pieces of candy and why do people dare one another to eat them if they taste so good?

Well, Bean Boozled is basically a game where you take turns eating a specific color of a Jelly Bean. The only problem is, some of those pieces of candy taste horrible, and that’s where the fun comes in.

You basically have 20 lookalike flavors, meaning the color for a good tasting jelly bean will be the exact same color as a bad tasting one. Here are some of the names just to give you an idea of what sort of Bean Boozled flavors there are…

Stinky Socks or Tutti-Fruitt
Rotten Egg or Buttered Popcorn
Barf or Peach
Moldy Cheese or Caramel Corn
Skunk Spray or Licorice

As you can see by the names, one side sound delicious while the other side sounds absolutely disgusting. If you’ve ever had a jelly bean, then you know it’s not just the taste but also the smell so image having to eat on that smells and tastes like skunk spray. It’s definitely not a game for people who have a weak stomach.

All of the flavors and smells are artificial of course and are safe to consume but that doesn’t mean it won’t make you gag. Due to terrible taste and smell, this version of Jelly Beans makes for a great dare game to play.

A lot of people just buy the beans and come up with their own rules but the company also sells a game where there is a spinner. Each player takes their turn spinning the spinner and whatever color bean the arrow lands on, you have to pick up and eat the corresponding color bean.

The best part is just seeing the reactions on people’s faces the instant they realize they got the nasty flavored one. It’s quite hilarious. Both kids and adults can have fun with these. So it’s either you smile with relief or make the face like you just ate barf because you probably just did!

The game is most fun when you play with people who will actually eat the jelly beans they’re supposed to eat. Playing with people who chicken out obviously won’t be as fun. You also probably don’t want to play this on a full stomach either.
